Persistent acid that falls in sync with the weight of the wine and ushers it along. Little whiffs of richness that hark back to the Aussie chard of old; vanilla sweetness and a tasteful little suggestion of some dairy nuance. But the lightness and lift bring it into the now. A maritime/saline edge gives it complexity. Whole lemons, some developed tropical fruit, and stone fruit give it freshness.

This Australian Chardonnay pairs well with pork, rich fish, vegetarian and poultry dishes.
