There are plenty of apple notes, leaning more on the textural, smokey apples with plenty of mineral burst. If you are only just discovering Chenin Blanc, this is a great place to start!
This wine’s tasting notes are leaning towards medium bodied, low sweetness, with high acidity, some fruitiness, low tannins, medium alcohol and no oak.

We love this bottle with sweet and sour Asian dishes - from spicy Singapore noodles to pork and pineapple curries - and it’s also fabulous with creamy pasta sauces featuring chicken, charcuterie and plenty of cheese. Chenin Blanc is also delicious with cauliflower, and it’s going to pair very nicely with crab, lobster or scallops, too.
