Colour - Pale straw with green tinges. Aroma -Citrus, especially lime, predominates the flavour profile while carrying the trademark minerality that Gun Metal is renowned for. Petals, minerals and talc. Palate - The palate is delicate, refined and intense, with a firm, dry finish and lingering aftertaste. Citrus, mineral and powder-dry finish.

This wine pairs well with pork, shellfish, poultry, cured meats, appetizers and snacks.
