Light to medium straw in colour with a green tinge. Fruit aromatics of lime, peach skin, grapefruit and green apple combine with complex characters reminiscent of baked tarts are derived from extended maturation on yeast lees. The palate is structured and layered with a creamy texture. Citrus and peach flavours abound as the finish tightens with a subtle and balanced phenolic kick that helps to make this a very food friendly wine.This wine pairs well with seafood.
