A brilliant Clare Riesling from a mild ripening season allowed the fruit to hang longer on the vines than normal, building the intensity of flavour. Bath powder, lime, lemon, citrus zest and pith, long, intense and lovely.

This wine pairs well with an Asian influenced salad or fish tacos.
