Hailing from the warmer coastal regions of Southern Italy, Fiano is a white Italian grape variety. This Fiano's perfume is mineral, nashi pear skin, fennel, very slight orange oil and almond. Lovely aromats with some ocean water perfume. The perfume of the ocean can also be seen on the palate, salty and briny interwoven with pear and citrus characters driving down the palate. Fresh and intense with a lovely concentration. This is an amazing food wine, as is often the case with textural white wines.
Pairing with sumac roasted cauliflower or roast chicken.
