Italy's indigenous Canaiolo and Sangiovese grapes meet Australia's king, Shiraz! This trio blend is a super great expression of the earthy, spicy and food-friendliness we love about Italian wine styles paired up with the juicy and concentrated fruit flavour we can always count on from Shiraz. Violets, sweet spiced cherries, blackberry, liquorice and tar. The palate is concentrated and firm, while juicy and textured with rustic and dusty tannins and flavours of red plum, and earthy herbal sage.
This wine pairs well with barbequed beef or lamb, and pasta's like pappardelle and tagliatelle.
