Buttery Brioche is king of the castle here, with peaches and cream lingering by his side. A cool climate Chardonnay handpicked from the vines in the rolling Adelaide Hills. Fermented in 30% new oak with a touch of malolactic fermentation. Rounded with length and layers of texture. Much obliged.
